Jane Francis Posted August 25, 2020 Report Share Posted August 25, 2020 I am registered to receive PDFs from CM/ECF & Pacer (the federal government court docketing system. Today I can no longer download the PDFs. I get this error message: “The document could not be opened because it’s an unsupported file type or has been damaged.” Initially Firefox was set to open directly into Nitro. I switched that to open within the Firefox browser. That still didn't fix the problem. I can now see the PDF in Firefox and print to Nitro pro, but still cannot download to Nitro.
