I am having issues activating a license. Due to hardware failure, I purchased a new computer.  When I attempt to activate NPDF on my new computer, I get the '# of licenses exceeded' error.

Hi @sbkent2000,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate.

If still getting an error message, please provide the following:

1. Version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. The serial number you use to activate the software.
