Stephen Kent Posted August 27, 2020 Report Posted August 27, 2020 I am having issues activating a license. Due to hardware failure, I purchased a new computer. When I attempt to activate NPDF on my new computer, I get the '# of licenses exceeded' error.

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate. If still getting an error message, please provide the following: 1. Version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. The serial number you use to activate the software. Kind regards,
