Deactivation

Hi,

 

 

I was trying to move nitro pro 13 from one pc to another. I went to Help then about and the serial number was 5096XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I then hit deactivate but i feel im after making a mistake is there anyway to find the serial number or is gone completely?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

You can get a copy of your Nitro Pro serial number through the invoice receipt you received when you purchase the license. 
If you cannot find it, please provide the following:

1. The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro (please note: I was unable to locate an order with using your email address).
2. The first and last name of purchaser.
3. The order reference number (search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant).
