Rolf C Posted August 28, 2020 Report Share Posted August 28, 2020 (edited) Hi I'm using Pro 11 since 05.2018. Now all in a sudden it crashes. I tried to repair to not avail. Deinstallation does not work either. Appreciate to find help on this topic and version. Err msg like : The service does not have sufficient privileges. Swapped PC and want to download & re-install but nothing to download only an upgrade for CHF 174 which I canot afford. Want's next. Where can I get my oold version back? Help pages seems to me like a dead end. No real help like by other applications of other companies. C2V contact only on electronic basis. Single users must avail whats available.
