Lost aSoccess to Nitro Pro 12

So, my system downloaded Nitro Pro 13 and loaded my key into the software which declined the key.  Went to support and was asked to submit key, then deactivate, then enter key into the download.  So, what I have paid for doesn't work period.  Extremely upset.  Is there a solution since there seems to be only this forum once I sign in

In checking your account records, you have a version 12 serial number which will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation.
Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number.
