Franz Steppe Posted September 8, 2020 Report Share Posted September 8, 2020 Hello, after reinstallation of my workstation I try to activate nitro pro 11 with the link www.nitropdf.com/de/activation. After opening the Link I get only a page with an empty field (heading: Activation Certificate). There is no field in which I can enter the serial number and installation ID. I can't write to the support either and I can't find a solution in the FAQs (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal says "Number of Activations = 0", "Number of Activations Allowed = 2", "Status = active) Who can give me some advice? It seems that you are trying to activate the software using the manual activation process. You can simply activate Nitro Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. There should be a field to enter a serial number. Also, please ensure that you have Nitro Pro 11 installed on your computer if you have a version 11 license. You can check the version by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you have installed a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 11 by downloading the installer from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 After installing Nitro Pro, proceed on activating it. If you are getting an activation error message, please provide the following: 1. You Nitro Pro 11 serial number. 2. Screenshot of the activation error message. 3. The links in your answer work very well, but this msi-files contain only the english version. Is there a way to activate our german version? We did: 1. installation of the german version 2. Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button 3.teh following page comes up 4. Save installation-ID and click "Next" - this comes up 5. When you install Nitro Pro 11 using the provided link, does the Activate button asked for a serial number field under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro section? You may have clicked the Advanced button which will lead to manual activation process. The activation process can be done by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. From there, enter your version 11 serial number (do not click the Advanced button) then click the Activate button. Please let me know if this works or not on your Nitro Pro 11 installation. Based on your description, the activation failure seems to be caused by the error message 'There was a connection issue'. Could you please try the following steps then see if it will let you proceed with the activation? 1. Download the Nitro cleanup tool from the link below:http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip 2. Extract the cleanup utility then run the cleanup tool by double-clicking nitro-cleanup.vbs. A command window will appear during the cleanup process. 3. After the cleanup, restart the computer. 4. Install Nitro Pro 13.24 by downloading a new installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 5. Once Nitro Pro 13.24 is installed, activate it by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 serial number then click on Activate. I hope these steps work for you.
