Jim Holms
Hi, i've purchased and used the Nitro 8 for a few years. Everything was working great till recently. When opening pdf files, the computer's screen tends to black out for 10-20 seconds, before coming in again. The desktop icons for example also went cranky. This happened consistently till Nitro has been removed. Have removed and reinstalled the program many times over and the issues happened consistently when Nitro was installed. Please advise what could be wrong, and what can be done to resolve this issue. I'm running Windows 7 Pro. MY IT guy tried to get in touch with Nitro team and similarly was not getting a response. They advised me to switch to Adobe instead which is more responsive when it comes to technical support. Hoping i can get a response and some useful assistance from the technical team as my email went answered for the longest time, and it seems like priority is not on small time user like myself. Jim.
