Context Menu Items Are Greyed Out

I want to:

- change the highlight color

- copy the selected text

But the context menu items were greyed out, as shown in the following link:

Here's a quick recording to see how to change the highlight color:

Since the highlight is on top of the text (not flattened), you will not be able to copy the text. What you can do (also demonstrated in the recording), is to select the area that you want to copy using the Select then press CTRL + C on your keyboard to copy it. It will be copied on your Windows clipboard which you can paste as text.
