Outlook Plugin not working

I have 3 PC, all with WIN10 and Nitro Pro 12

The Nitro Plug in for  outlook works perfect in 2 PC but in the third one I have no chance to bring it in operation

I followed the instruction with the Nitro SW tools but with no reaction

Hi @Hans Minder,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

When you use the SupportTools to reinstall the Outlook Add-in, did you run it in Administrator mode? If not, please try that and see if fixes the office Add-in. 
Please make sure that there's no Microsoft Office running on your machine before repairing the Office Add-ins in SupportTools.

Here are the steps:

1. Close all Microsoft Office running on your computer.
2. Go to C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\12 then look for NitroPDFSupportTools.exe
3. Right-click NitroPDFSupportTools.exe then select Run as Administrator. 
4. Under PDF Creation tab, uncheck the Microsoft Outlook then click on update Add-ins. 
5. When done, check again the Microsoft Outlook then click Update Add-ins.
6. Close the Nitro SupportTools window.

Open Microsoft Outlook then see if it asks you to enable the Nitro Pro add-in. 

If these steps did not work, try to repair your Nitro Pro installation through Windows Control Panel's Programs and Features.
