OCR Continues to Crash / Cannot Activate Nitro

So, I JUST purchased Nitro PDF 13 Pro roughly two weeks ago, September 16, 2020 to be specific, and have been using it without issue. However, just today, I am completely unable to OCR documents (This is the main reason why I purchased Nitro) since it crashes every single time without fail. I sent about 5 or 6 Crash Reports to Nitro, and have not heard a thing. After reading some community forums for a solution, I uninstalled the Nitro PDF 13 program and downloaded it again. I inserted my Serial Number and activated my account and tried yet again to OCR a document. Same exact issue. I uninstalled the program one more time and tried an older version... Nitro PDF 12. Now, when I open up Nitro 12, I am unable to Activate my very own account! It says I have run out of Activations! So now, I'm stuck completely without Nitro after only two weeks of owning it. I tried to open a support ticket to get some help, but it seems like this is the only way to reach out to technicians. Please help!

Hello @James Lopez,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience as it seems you did not receive my response to the support case you submitted last Friday.

If you cannot find it anymore, could you please provide your personal email (e.g YMail, Hotmail or Gmail) so I can forward my email there? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

My previous email has direct link for our MSI installer (.msi) that may have been blocked by your email filters.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
