Lindsey McKinney Posted October 7, 2020 Report Share Posted October 7, 2020 Hi, I'm trying to upload a custom sig file I have in both PNG and JPG formats. None of them work (but they work fine on other e-signature platforms). It keep getting "We were unable to process your image. Please try again or try uploading a different image." I've tried about 10 different images! What are the requirements for images? The file sizes are small (< 10kB) and I've tried various colour depths, greyscale vs colour, B&W only and none are accepted. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
