Not printing the edits I made

When I edit a new Pdf and then print it does not print the changes I made, the documents come out blank, I have also try saving it before printing and it does not save the changes I made.

Please help.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. 
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to print? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

Hi, I do not know if I should open a new topic but I have the same problem.

I just installed again my Nitro Pro on a new PC but I had the problem also on the old one. When I first installed the program all worked right and I do not know when this occured.

The version is 12.16.3.574 and I have the problem with all files even if I save them locally. Only if I open the saved and modified documents with another PDF Viewer I'm able to print the changes I made.

Can you help me?

I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article:  https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

Hello, 

I write again because I still have problems with NITRO.

After a short period when I was able to print the edit I make now it does not work any more and now I've problems in printing as well because most time I try to print a document Nitro crashes and closes itself.

In this situation is difficult to use the program.

I hope you can help me or I think it'll be necessary for me to unistall Nitro end try another software.

I tried to repair my version but the modify button was greyed out.  I have version 12.16.6.574

Since you are unable to repair and knowing you are working with an older build, kindly download and update Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below offline MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13492993/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13492993/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

Important: If you are using Chrome or any of the Chromium-based browsers (e.g., Vivaldi, etc.) and you are unable to access the above installer links, you're more than likely experiencing the results of a new security feature that was silently pushed out to the browsers, which blocks .exe/.msi/etc downloads without any visible error or prompt on the browser's frontend user space. In order to bypass this, please try these steps:

a. Right-click the link you're trying to download, and select "Save link as..."
b. Choose your save location and select "Save"
c. On the bottom edge of your browser window, the Downloads bar should now appear and the file will show up with a red error icon, attempting to block the download. Press the caret button and select "Keep"
