Create New Link to Open Populated Email/Email address

I see how to create links and how to link to various items, but I am unable to locate info on creating a new link to open and send email via clicking on an email address. Am I missing something? Please help!

From what I understand, you would like to create a link where once clicked it will open an email client to send an email. 
You may try to create a link using the 'Open a Webpage' then use the URL mailto:nitro@mail.com (replace the email address to the recipient's email address). This will create a link and once clicked, it will open an email client to send an email. See sample screencast below:
