Nick Savidge Posted October 29, 2020 Report Posted October 29, 2020 Hello, We are unable to edit a document that used to work absolutely fine. The orange box to allow editing on it has disappeared. It is the same with other versions of this document that where saved over the last couple weeks. Nitro allows editing of other .pdf files still. Tried re-installing Nitro on a different machine and re-licensing but this has not helped. Any advice would be appreciated. Im happy to upload the .pdf if you can provide an upload link. Regards,

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro 12. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -A copy of the file you are working on. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
