Gina Whitelaw Posted October 30, 2020 Report Share Posted October 30, 2020 I have deactivated 2 accounts today via the support page as I needed to stop an ex-employee using my software on their laptop. When I tried to reactivate by the Sign Up Tab and login under already have an account it showed Error 403. I also had to login to Nitro via my we browser and update the email address and pick a new password. This was successful. I tried to login again with the new details and it still had the same error. I then uninstalled the program and reinstalled it (Nitro Pro 11) and still have the same issue. How can I get it activated again?? I also tried to do a repair of Nitro but it also cam back with error code 2349 unexpected error?? Any help appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
