New Computer won't activate

I was given a new computer for work.  I went on my old computer and deactivated the nitro account and then tried entering the serial number on the new computer, but it won't activate.  It says:

"The serial number entered does not exist".  It has a link to support but says i can't submit a ticket?  

 What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Vartan Davidian,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Our records show that you have a version 12 license and this will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. 
Please uninstall Nitro Pro on your new computer then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12 link

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number.
