"Failed while being created as PDF"

Recommended Posts

Huge29

I use Nitro exclusively to combine Word and PDFs together as a single file.  Been having issue of it being a blank Nitro window once combined for a while, but it was still creating it correctly in folder, so no worries.  Last week it began not working and I had to reboot every time and it would work once.  I just reinstalled 10.99 and now it gives this error "Failed while being created as PDF".  it is referring to the Word Doc, but will combine the PDF's just fine if I tell it to proceed.  Any thoughts in how to correct this?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Huge29,

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

I recommend that you run a repair on your Nitro Pro 10 installation. The instructions can be found here.

If that doesn't work, please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9 using the links on the webpage I have provided below:

https://www.gonitro.com/support/downloads

Make sure to scroll down for the correct Nitro Pro 10 installers.

I hope this helps!
