Cannot install Nitro Pro 9 anymore!

I am not able to install Nitro Pro 9. I was able to do it recently, but now it says " Error occur when resolving resources". I tried in different laptop with Windows 10, and same error. However, I install Nitro Pro 13 (try free) and it worked well. I don't want to upgrade since I just this software only when needed and not frequently. Appreciate your help to reinstall Nitro Pro 9.
