Richard Poole Posted November 11, 2020 Report Posted November 11, 2020 I receive an error every time I go to launch my Nitro 12 Pro software: This happens regardless of whether I launch Nitro 12 Pro by it's shortcut or by opening a PDF. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall Nitro Pro 12 and have reactivated it. It says to contact support, but it seems like you have to be Nitro VIP in order to be able to do so. Anyone have any thoughts? This is quite annoying.

Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted December 15, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted December 15, 2020 Hi @Richard Poole, My apologies for the inconvenience. I recommend updating your Nitro Pro 12 installation to the latest build which is 12.16. You can download the Nitro Pro 12.16 from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. To do the update, simply run the .exe and it will automatically update your installation to Nitro Pro 12.16. After the update, try to logout (located at the top right of Nitro Pro) then log back in using your Nitro Sign account. Kind regards,
Richard Poole Posted December 17, 2020 Author Report Posted December 17, 2020 Hi @Reymund G., Thank you - after the upgrade and logging out and back in, the error seems to have gone away. I'll keep an eye on it for the next little while and report back if it comes back. Appreciate the help. Richard
