Re-activation

My PC hard drive crashed and has been resurrected. I've tried for hours now to try and re-activate Nitro Pro. Entered product licence number. Opened de-activate menu,

opened activate menu, licence number not accepted. Tried again. Next menu said "cannot de-activate less than 0 times". Obviously, but check-mate.

There is just no way around this. What is the solution ??

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Our records show that you have a version 11 license and this will only work on a Nitro Pro 11 installation. 
Your license has 0 activations used which means it should be able to activate a Nitro Pro 11. 

Please check the version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer, this can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you have installed a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 11 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 

Go to the Nitro Pro 11 section then download the installer that matches your Windows OS (32bit or 64bit).
Once Nitro Pro 11 is installed, use your version 11 serial number to activate it. To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button. Enter the serial number then click on Activate.
