William Newcombe Posted November 15, 2020 Report Posted November 15, 2020 Hi, I need to deactivate some of all of our licences as we have got new pcs and need to install on new pcs. when I try to do via https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I get a message to contact nitro support to deactivate licences when I try to submit a ticket it says that I cannot email support as I do not have VIP access! Please let me know how I can get all licences deactivated
