Hi, 

 

I need to deactivate some of all of our licences as we have got new pcs and need to install on new pcs. 

 

when I try to do via https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I get a message to contact nitro support to deactivate licences 

 

when I try to submit a ticket it says that I cannot email support as I do not have VIP access! 

 

Please let me know how I can get all licences deactivated

Please send your Nitro Pro serial number so we could check its record and the account associated with it.
You can send the serial number through private message (mouse hover my profile then click the 'Message' link).

@Reymund G. I believe I have managed to send you a message yesterday but have not heard anything back as yet?
