Karen Benson Posted November 26, 2020 Report Share Posted November 26, 2020 My Medical Practice have 5 licenses for Nitro Pro v9 and we are trying to upgrade following Windows 10 installation. The portal advises they are unable to validate any of our 5 serial numbers. Can this be looked at urgently please as we use this daily.
