Nitro crash, activation issues

I've been using Nitro 13 for months when the program crashed and it went into trial mode.

When I try to activate it again with the serial number it says: 

"There was a connection issue" and asks me if I'm using a proxy server (which I am not). I then proceed to manual activation and put in my serial key. From there, I get taken to a screen where it says I can copy the activation certificate and head to https://www.gonitro.com/activation to paste it. The only problem is the activation certificate is completely blank and I can't copy anything.

When I entered my serial number on the Nitro website (in the activation help page section) it says:

Version	13
Status	Active
Number of Activations	0
Number of Activations Allowed	2

Can I get some help please?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you please try the following steps then see if it will let you proceed with the activation?

1. Download Nitro cleanup tool from the link below:
http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip 

2. Extract the cleanup utility then run the cleanup tool by double-clicking nitro-cleanup.vbs. A command window will appear during the cleanup process.
3. After the cleanup, restart the computer. 
4. Install Nitro Pro 13.30 by downloading a new installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

5. Once Nitro Pro 13.30 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 serial number then click on Activate.
