Hi @hans@cruinn.ie,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Our records show that you have a version 12 serial number. 
Please ensure that you have Nitro Pro 12 installed on the computer. You can check the version by opening your Nitro Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

If you see that you are running a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number.

Hi Reymund

 

I have done this and now tried to activate Nitro 12 but it say i must Deactivate if from my old Laptop,  but as my old computer is dead I cant deactivate it from there, when to go to Deactivate it says I have 0 activations

Hello @hans@cruinn.ie,

Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 12 installation. It should work now since a necessary adjustment has been made on the serial number.
