Hi All,

My computer was having RAM issues, so HP replaced the RAM and reinstalled Microsoft windows 10.  Now I am trying to reinstall Nitro Pro 12, but I get an error 23. I have 0 activations and 2 activations allowed.  I have chated with Sharon, and she gave me a link to which are not there.  or to the wrong topic.  Does anyone have a solution?n Alternate License Manager is available to de-activate your license correctly for re-installation.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
