Maureen Batres Posted December 2, 2020 Report Share Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) Good Morning, There's no issue with installing and activating our Nitro Pro 13 but after trying to login with our Nitro account credentials, Nitro Pro 13 is frozen. We end up having to End Task and after several attempts of logging in, we still end up with frozen Nitro Pro 13. We also tried Repair as advised on https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603 but that didn't solve the issue. We currently have to use the web version of Nitro Pro. Please advise.
