Maureen Batres Posted December 2, 2020 Report Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) Good Morning, There's no issue with installing and activating our Nitro Pro 13 but after trying to login with our Nitro account credentials, Nitro Pro 13 is frozen. We end up having to End Task and after several attempts of logging in, we still end up with frozen Nitro Pro 13. We also tried Repair as advised on https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603 but that didn't solve the issue. We currently have to use the web version of Nitro Pro. Please advise. I recommend performing a clean uninstall using our cleanup tool then reinstall Nitro Pro. I have outlined the steps below: 1. Download Nitro cleanup tool from the link below:http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip 2. Extract the cleanup utility then run the cleanup tool by double-clicking nitro-cleanup.vbs. A command window will appear during the cleanup process. 3. After the cleanup, restart the computer. 4. Install Nitro Pro 13.30 by downloading a new installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 5. Once Nitro Pro 13.30 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 serial number then click on Activate. Kind regards,
