The Accountant Dunsborough Posted December 3, 2020 Report Share Posted December 3, 2020 Hi When I go to my account (clicking on the initials on the top right corner of nitro sign), I am only getting three options down the left hand side menu, being:-Summary -Connected Apps -Support options. I can't actually do anything from this page like update any settings or templates etc. Is there supposed to be an admin login or something of the like? Please be aware that My Account only offers those options as per article https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/admin/000004578 Looking at your account, I can see you purchased a single-user license and in order to have Nitro Admin, you need to purchase a Nitro Productivity Suite - Teams (or Enterprise). This business subscription also includes Team and Document Templates.
