The Accountant Dunsborough Posted December 3, 2020 Report Posted December 3, 2020 Hi When I go to my account (clicking on the initials on the top right corner of nitro sign), I am only getting three options down the left hand side menu, being:-Summary -Connected Apps -Support options. I can't actually do anything from this page like update any settings or templates etc. Is there supposed to be an admin login or something of the like? I have sent a DM to a support officer a month ago but no one has responded. Thanks Brayden

Please be aware that My Account only offers those options as per article https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/admin/000004578 Looking at your account, I can see you purchased a single-user license and in order to have Nitro Admin, you need to purchase a Nitro Productivity Suite - Teams (or Enterprise). This business subscription also includes Team and Document Templates.
