I was notified by an online credit monitoring service that my Nitro credentials were found in a database of hacked credentials on 11/20/2020. Is Nitro aware of this hack? I haven't received any communication or seen any mention of it on your website.

me too... and not a word from Nitro about this hack... My password was reset, so that tells me that Nitro knows about this hack. As a paying customer, I would expect that you would at least inform your customers what this has happened so that we could take any precautionary steps...

I am not impressed that I had to find out from a 3rd party credit monitoring provider. 

This has seriously impacted any trust between Nitro and myself.

Not happy at all.

I've just received a message saying my data was found after this breach which apparently happened in September 2020. Judging by these messages it has been known about by nitro for some time and the first I have heard is from a non profit that tracks hacks of this nature?

Did anyone hear back about this breach, or more reasonably hear from nitro first? I would have expected to hear from nitro once they were made aware of the issue.
