Pat LaRussa Posted December 8, 2020 Report Share Posted December 8, 2020 I was able to source my serial number and purchase of NitroPro10 invoice from Cleverbridge. I tried to input the S# into the Activation form. I was continuously told the number was invalid. I tried Deactivation because earlier, the live tech said, "If it doesn't take the S#, Deactivate and just input the S# again and it will work." Well, it didn't! I tried a second time and the site said I couldn't deactivate more than one device! I waited an hour and tried again - same result! Can ANYONE please HELP!
