Leanne McKeachie Posted December 11, 2020 Report Share Posted December 11, 2020 I purchased Nitro Pro years ago and had it installed on my desktop. I recently switched to a laptop and my desktop was wiped clean before I could deactivate Nitro Pro. I have downloaded Nitro Pro to my laptop but I am having troubles activating my license. I used the Nitro portal to search my serial number and selected "Deactivate". I then opened the NitroPro program and pasted my serial number to activate.
