Russell Vomero 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2020 I currently have Nitro Pro 10. I recently upgraded my computer and was not able to install Nitro until now. I also believe I purchased or was entitled to upgrade to version 11. I have my serial number, however, I am unable to activate version 10 and not sure where I can download version 11. Please ensure that you have Nitro Pro 10 installed on your computer so you could activate it using your version 10 license. If needed, the Nitro Pro 10 installer can be found from the following location:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 Go to the Nitro Pro 10 section then download the installer that matches your Windows installation (32bit or 64bit).
