Where can I find my serial number?

I uninstalled Nitro pro as I have been having issues with a 401 error. After reinstalling, I cannot locate my serial number to activate the account. Can someone point me where to find this or can we schedule a call so I can retrieve this? Thanks!

I tried to search for a license purchase however I did not find any records that is associated to the email address you used here in community forum. 
Could you please provide the email address you used when you purchase the Nitro Pro license?

Sorry about that. I used kparnxxxxxxx@gmail.com when purchased. I searched my gmail account and found the email with the serial number; however, when I try to activate it gives the error "20 error - Invalid license number"
