JamesRobinsonMPMS Posted December 23, 2020 Report Posted December 23, 2020 Hello, One of our users is experiencing an error when attempting to save documents through sharepoint. It shows an Eastern language we believe to be Japanese, then asking if we want to try again. We cannot close the document, as it simply reopens after we close nitro. We are unable to save this file, close the file, or do anything with this file without this or a similar issue arising. I am unable to open a ticket with this due to the new requirement of an extra paid account to do so. Please respond. This is very critical to our organization.
