Eileen Webb Posted December 26, 2020 Report Posted December 26, 2020 • "Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding" • "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed" I purchased a Nitro Pro 11 license in 2018. Today(Christmas 2020), I had to re-install Windows 10 on my laptop. I am having to reload and install various software that did not survive the Windows 10 repair. The ONLY software that is not cooperating is Nitro Pro 11. I get an error (see bullets above) and cannot figure out what exactly is causing the re-install block. How do I find out what exactly is unblocking the re-install? Thank you.

With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available. If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade You may also want to purchase Nitro VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance) that entitles users to free upgrades for the next release of Nitro Pro and Premium Support for one year after the purchase date. (Premium Support is prioritized ticket support with our Technical Support staff/Nitro Customer Success and Service Team for one year after the purchase date). I was in the middle of considering buying a competitor product, but I did not want to, as I liked my Nitro Pro 11. I appreciate your courtesy offer of being able to re-download that version.
