Unable to upgrade from Nitro 12 to 13

Hello, I am trying to upgrade Nitro Pro 13 from Nitro Pro 12 but when I enter my current serial number (23460x-xxxxx-xxxxx) I get a message "We are unable to validate serial number". I believe I am eligible for the upgrade For the offered price of $39.99. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your prompt response. I see now that I am eligible for an upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 however yesterday my price was $39.99 and today it is $79.99. Can I get yesterday's price

As this is when I initially had the problem with validation of my serial number?
