I have just installed Nitro Pro 10 on my new laptop and applied my reactivated license.  I can't seem to now create signatures anymore?  I go though the steps to draw my signature and the file will not save?  Any ideas?

Thanks in advance, Frank

Hi @Frank Walsh,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please confirm if the steps you were taking to create the signature is the same as the steps outlined from the link below:

Is there an error message that prevents you from saving the signature?
Does the same issue happens when you upload an image signature instead of drawing it?

What is the exact build of your Nitro Pro 10? You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Kind regards,

Hi Reymund

Thank you for your help.  Unfortunately uploading a file with my signature doesn't work either.  The build is Version

I go through the steps as per usual (I've been using this software since 2015 on other devices) and it just won't save.  Any other thoughts?

Many thanks

Hello @Frank Walsh,

The Nitro Sign integration is no longer support on Nitro Pro version 11 and below. To perform a signature using Nitro Sign, you can go to https://cloud.gonitro.com/ then login using Nitro Sign account. Upload your documents from there then process the Request a Signature. Please refer to the link below on how to Request a Signature in Nitro Sign:

Kind regards,
