Nitro Pro Crashing When Editing

Mine crashes constantly. Especially so when looking through a document. Now I cannot even edit a document without crashing.  Version is 13.19.2.356.  Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please try updating your Nitro Pro 13 installation to the latest build.
The latest build installer can be found from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.  

To update, simply run the installer and it will automatically update your installation to Nitro Pro 13.33. 
After the update, observe if the application still crashes when editing a document.

Thank you for the information. I tried this but it's not automatically logging me into  Nitro to update and is asking for password.  I put the password in but it's acting like it's incorrect.  Suggestions?

Access to the Nitro Pro installer and the installation process will not ask for an account to login. Could you please confirm if you are referring to your access to Nitro Sign by clicking the login button located at the top right of the application? 

If trying to login using your Nitro Sign account, please go to https://cloud.gonitro.com/ then see if you can login there using your Nitro Sign account.

Also, please share a screenshot of the error message so we could take a look.
