If you have access to your company's Nitro Sign admin account, you can remove the license assigned to the employee who left the company. From there, you can then assign a license to the new employee. The Nitro Admin can be accessed by going to https://admin.gonitro.com/ To edit a user, go to the Manage Users section then click the ... button to edit the user or revoke licenses. To assign a Nitro Sign Team license on the user, Edit the user then click the Add/Remove licenses.
