Changing a user on our Team account

We recently had an employee quit and would like to replace her on our Team account with the new employee we jus hired. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @GPC Curtis,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

If you have access to your company's Nitro Sign admin account, you can remove the license assigned to the employee who left the company. From there, you can then assign a license to the new employee.

The Nitro Admin can be accessed by going to https://admin.gonitro.com/
To edit a user, go to the Manage Users section then click the ... button to edit the user or revoke licenses. 

To assign a Nitro Sign Team license on the user, Edit the user then click the Add/Remove licenses.
