Conversion aborted.

I am getting an error when printing to PDF.   The pop up window opens up and the green line moves across the popup and then stops with "conversion aborted" error.   I uninstalled, reinstalled and reactivated my account but it did not fix the error.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- The file you are trying to print to PDF

- Is this issue happening to all files?

- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)

- The exact steps you are taking
