Hi,

has anyone some tipps or hints howto use NitroPro13  adequately with a pencil on a wacom tablet (wacom one 13)?

Are ther some plugins or is an update planned?

NitroPro itself has really simplified my workflow, but the functionality with a pencil on a tablet like wacom or surface is very poor.

I am currently using NitroPro13 .16.2.300 on Win10, Lenovo Notebook T44ßp and Wacom one 13 Tablet.

Thanks for your support.

Hello @Jeffrey42,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please be advised that Nitro Pro has a feature that works like stylus pen and it’s called Mouse and Touch Mode, which would create a friendly user interface for a desktop or tablet computer respectively.

To switch between the two modes click on Arrow/Box icon located on the very top of Nitro Pro, next to the Quick-Access Toolbar. By default, Nitro Pro is in Mouse Mode.  If you switch to Touch Mode, you will notice that the icons are further apart, making it easier to work with on a tablet.

Please refer to this article for more graphical information: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/touch/000004070

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

Hi AllainU,

thanks for this Information, I already found these hints. Unfortunetly does it not solve the problem of writimg itself with the pencil.

In correction or comment mode you can make comments using the keyboard, but with the pen function you have to doubbletap on a position and must not lift the pencil while writing.

Unfortunately, this is not satisfactory. A fluent handwriting is unfortunately not possible this way.

Unfortunately, apart from tapping the buttons, I don't see much relief in the switched mouse-pen mode.

Thanks

Hi, I'm an illustrator, and I have a XPPen graphic tablet I've been using for the past 2 years while I'm drawing things in Photoshop and illustrator, of course it works well with the two art programs. but it doesn't work with Nitro Pro.

I also hope that I could sign PDFs in Nitro Pro with a signature that looked like my real signature and was unique each time with my xppen tablet.
