2nd activation not working

I have had Nitro 13 installed on my laptop for about a year, no problem.  Yesterday I reimaged my laptop and installed Nitro again and the install advised me that both activations were being used.  I only had it on my laptop so I thought that Nitro was being blocked by the old image.  Went only and saw that both activations were in use.  Didn't quite understand that but in any event I deactivated both.  Installed back on my laptop and that was fine.  Since I had 1 of 2 activations registered I decided to put it on my desktop.  Again, it said that both activations were in use.  Not quite sure why 1 install is taking up both activations.


How can I get the 2nd activation going on my desktop.
