Robert Bye Posted January 26, 2021 Report Share Posted January 26, 2021 Hello, We're having issues reactivating our Nitro 12 license on a new PC. After entering the license number on the new PC, Nitro keeps coming back with an error (License number already in use). We've also checked on the portal/Find License page and it says the license still has 2 activations available. We do have Nitro still on another old computer that we don't need it on anymore so even though it says we have 2 activations available, we tried to Deactivate it on that other old computer and when we do so, it gives us an error (-20: Error - Invalid License Number)...except it is the same serial number we used on your Find License page and we know it is correct & active.
