- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

I cant seem to get the app icon stay on my computer as app when click on it does net and its not there for me to set as default so very furstating I was forced to upgrade and now cant use like I used to I am on v13?  when i try to open it just keeps saying we here you want to leave so I click no ill stay and then does nothing the 2 times i have used I have had to keep uninstalling it and then reinstalling it? so its becoming a pain I just want it there so I just open and close as I wanrt with out isseus as I could with v9 and set as default so when click a pdf it opens in nitro?

Not sure what the Key is?

I have some how manged I believe to set as default but still not sure it is fully installed correctly as when you clicked on the app icon direct it still comes up with the message we here you want to leave?

And you have to select ill will stay or uninstall etc but if you select ill stay it seem to do nothing and not go any where or load etc?
