Craig Becker Posted January 27, 2021 Report Share Posted January 27, 2021 Hi there, I have an issue, as we have de-activated the license that was to be transferred onto the new laptop using nitro Pro 11, as I have the serial number from the old laptop to new laptop: It says: -23: Error: License number already used: Can it be adjusted on the server that I can activate the only license on the new laptop running pro 11, can I use email to communicate with you?
