Craig Becker Posted January 27, 2021 Report Posted January 27, 2021 Hi there, I have an issue, as we have de-activated the license that was to be transferred onto the new laptop using nitro Pro 11, as I have the serial number from the old laptop to new laptop: It says: -23: Error: License number already used: Can it be adjusted on the server that I can activate the only license on the new laptop running pro 11, can I use email to communicate with you? Craig Becker Posted June 3, 2021 Author Report Posted June 3, 2021 Hi Team I have the same issue when trying to activate the same key when we rebuilt the laptop after a major crash with exec issue. Can I chat with you to get the serial number cleared on the server so I can re-active the same key as previous call raised on the 28th Jan 2021 this year for the Nitro PDF 11 again? The error is: -24 Activation Error Nitro Pro encounted some issues while attempting to activate. Please record the error code above and then contact support via the link: Submit a support request. We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Upgrade page - https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.
