Natalie L Posted January 27, 2021 Report Share Posted January 27, 2021 I got a new computer and have downloaded Nitro Pro 11 after I deactivated the license on the old computer. Even though I have 2 activations to use (0 in use at the moment), I cannot get my serial number to work on the new computer. The error message I keep getting is that the serial number is not active and to submit a ticket with support but I'm not receiving any assistance.
