Hi  Please help I  purchased a Nitro Licnece  today as my trial period has expired however I can't activtate because I have not received my serial number only my refernce number Have tried to contact support but I need a serial number to do that .

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you please try reactivating using the serial number that I just sent you privately?

If that did not help, is your program not generating the activation certificate? If this is correct and in order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26?
