Ransomware Attack and I can't deactivate the license

Ransomware attacked laptop, I haven't wipe the laptop but I can't deactivate the license either since I cant bring the equipment online. How can I install software on a "new" computer in such a case?  And BTW, impossible to contact support.

Please provide your Nitro Pro serial number so we can check its activation records and process the manual deactivation on our end.

I have made an adjustment to that serial number. Please try to activate again and it should be working now.
