Nitro productivity suite bundle

Good morning
I purchased the nitro productivity suite 3 + 1 package. In the email containing the serial codes it is also explained how to create an account and activate nitro sign (included) Unfortunately when I open the nitro application after entering the license it does not appear login in the top right corner. How can I solve? thanks

Thanks for your kind reply.
I tried to uninstall the product by removing all the residual files, restart and reinstall from the exe file of the nitro page but the problem is still present ... I created the account sign but in nitro pro I don't see the advanced signing functions. I am desperate..
