I went through the online deactivation portal, and here are the lines: Serial Number : xxxxxxxx Version : 11 Status : active Number of Activations : 0 Number of Activations Allowed : 2 However, when I try to activate the software on my new PC, I get the error -23 Error License number already used Can you help me please ?
