Unable to Activate

Hi

Nitro Pro v12

I upgraded my computer and can't activate. I deactivated both my licenses and now can't activate Nito Pro on either of my 2 computers.

When I activate I get an error -23:Error - License already in use

When I go to the deactivation of license page I see both are already deactivate and when I deactivate I get an error that I can not deactivate 0

I tried to uninstall and re-install but get the same erors

please help
